Acupuncture PLUS
My standard appointment is 1 - 1.5 hours allowing time for acupuncture PLUS additional therapies: shiatsu or deep tissue massage, tuina, cupping, moxa or craniosacral work. This allows the body and nervous system to fully relax, and healing and rebalancing to take place more effectively. Herbal recommendations may also be given if appropriate or requested.

Initial Visit: 1.5-2 hours $80
Follow Up Visits: 1-1.5 hours $65

For younger patients and the needle phobic... there many effective alternatives to using acupuncture needles including: acupressure, cupping, moxabustion, craniosacral and massage. I can create a needle-free treatment based on your specific needs.

Infant CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral is a very gentle and non-invasive therapy, well suited to working with newborns. In addition to craniosacral I often incorporate Pediatric Tui Na and/or Acutonics tuning fork therapy. Tuina is most effective when it can be done daily, so I aim to teach parents a few simple techniques, specific to your little ones needs, to encourage empowerment and quicker resolution of problems.

In office visit $35 (approx. 1 hour)
At your home $50
(approx. 1 hour)

Shiatsu Massage
For a massage experience just a little out of the ordinary. Shiatsu is performed on a mat on the floor, with the client fully clothed. The thumb, elbow or knee are used to penetrate deeply into tight muscles, and in conjunction with assisted stretches, these techniques produce a deeply relaxing yet invigorating massage.

30 minutes: $40
60 minutes: $70
