Acupuncture PLUS
The energetic rebalancing of acupuncture, PLUS the grounding and relaxing benefits of massage and/or Chinese manual therapies (acupressure, shiatsu, cupping, gua sha, moxabustion). Together these therapies encourage the body, mind and nervous system to fully relax, for change and healing to take place more effectively. Herbal supplements may also be given if appropriate or requested.
Initial Visit: 1.75-2 hours $90*
Follow Up Visits: 1.5 hours $70*
Pregnancy/Prenatal Acupuncture
Being pregnant is both glorious and uniquely challenging. With a limited number of options for managing uncomfortable symptoms and "growing pains", acupuncture shines as a gentle, safe and extrememly effective form of medicine for supporting a healthy and enjoyable pregnancy. We offer a pregnancy specfic table, allowing mamas to relish the relaxation of "lying on their bellies".
Fees are the same as Acu Plus appointments (see above)

Postpartum - Mama & Baby Treatments
One of the best ways to care for your baby is to remember to care for yourself as well! Below are 3 ways we try to help you do that...
1) During limited hours we can provide childcare while mama or papa gets some much needed rest and nourishment for mind and body. Provided at no extra cost :) /fees are same as above
2) Schedule back-to-back appts. for both Mama & Baby
- I use a variety of gentle approaches (acupressure, Chinese pediatric massage, craniosacral) to encourage healthy develpment and/or address acute issues, and often teach parents a few things to do at home for empowerment and ongoing support. Mama or papa also get a treatment, which often times has a synergistic effect, as both parent and child can release and integrate their care in the same timeframe.
All Mama & Baby visits: 2.25 hrs $95

3) Baby's alternative wellness visit - I use a variety of gentle approaches (acupressure, Chinese pediatric massage, craniosacral) to encourage healthy develpment and/or address acute issues, and often teach parents a few things to do at home for empowerment and ongoing support.
All Baby Wellness visits: 1 hr $35

No Needles Treatment
For anyone who is especially needle sensitive, I will still assess your condition through the Chinese medicine lens, and then provide a healing and relaxing treatment using anything and everything I know EXCEPT needles (various types of massage, acupressure, cupping, gua sha, moxabustion).
All No Needle visits: 1 hr $55 *
